Patuá is a capoeira-themed trading card game, available on the web at capoeiracardgame.com and on the Apple App Store. The game is free to play. Optional booster packs — fixed sets of 8 additional cards for your collection — can be purchased for $2.99 USD each.

Purchases & Delivery

Booster packs are digital goods. Each pack contains a fixed set of cards for the named deck — every buyer of a given pack receives the same cards (nothing is randomized; these are not gambling-style loot boxes). The cards are revealed when you open the pack. Payment on the web is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Cards are delivered instantly to your account when payment completes, and remain available on any device you sign in to.

Refund Policy

If a purchase didn't deliver, was made by mistake, or you're unhappy with it, email seananthonymoran@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address on your account. We'll refund the purchase in full to your original payment method. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Terms of Service

• You must have an account to play multiplayer or make purchases; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Purchased cards are a license to use them within the game — they have no cash value and can't be traded or resold outside the game.
• Be respectful in multiplayer chat. Abusive, hateful, or harassing content isn't tolerated; you can report or block other players in-game, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.
• We may update the game, cards, and rules over time to keep play balanced.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which permanently removes your data.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what the game needs to work: your email address (for your account), your display name, your card collection and game progress, and chat messages you send in multiplayer games. Payments are handled by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS) — we never receive your card number.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is stored with our hosting provider (Base44) and used solely to operate the game. Deleting your account from the Profile page permanently removes your personal data. Questions: seananthonymoran@gmail.com.
